Our programmes have been running since 2019. We give young people and community members tools, techniques and experiences to grow their knowledge and aspirations.

Big Programme & Mentoring

Our Big programme is our tailored 1-2-1 community support that pairs a young person 14-25 with a Big Mentor. Aiding them to build confidence, gain experiences and learn about the world with an approved guardian. Referrals can be made via parent, carers or partner organisations.

AV Mentoring is our bespoke 4-6 week mentoring programme based in partnered schools, that uplifts and builds life skills for the young person to thrive. Referrals can be made by schools for students 11+.
